Description Localization Support is responsible mainly for providing on-time & high quality localization support to different parties. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Define localization support process and select tools. 2. Provide solutions, on time localization support and guidance to Project Management, Vendors, Translators & clients and troubleshoot localization issues via telephone, email or remote access. 3. Prepare software and web applications for localization. 4. Analyze and quote projects for existing clients. 5. Provide training & instructions for translators/vendors on the different translation programs. 6. Document all technical inquiries, develop and review content for knowledge base.
Qualifications 1. Fresh Graduate, majoring in computing field. 2. Good level of spoken and written English 3. Good written and verbal communication skills. 4. Knowledge of HTML & XML technology. 5. Background in Microsoft Macros is a plus. 6. A strong desire to learn new tools processes and concepts. 7. Multi-tasking, flexible & hardworking. 8. A team player with a positive attitude. 9. Excellent technical problem solving skills.
