Description Coordinates the setting up of a proper Monitoring and Evaluation system using various M&E tools such as surveys; tracer studies, etc‡ Develop a field monitoring plan and undertake regular field visits based on this plan to ensure compliance and timely execution by the M&E Officers. Participates in creating and setting up of data sets and data base. Ensure the selection of relevant statistical methods for data analysis and sample size. Assists with the entry of research data by overseeing the construction of databases, guiding the data entry process and planning and organizing data verification. Enhance the proper and efficient functioning of the statistics and data management. Analyze results and lessons learned and provide strategies for development of information via reports and briefs dissemination to SPs M&E Manager. Assist in the training program for M&E Officers on the use of recommended reporting and monitoring formats, guidelines, applying monitoring & evaluation policies, tools & method. Carry out any additional related tasks as assigned by the SPs M&E Manager.
Qualifications A Bachelor degree in statistics or related field; A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis; Strong background in data manipulation and analysis; Ability to design/develop data manipulation and analysis programs in STATA, SAS, SPSS, and data manipulation/report writing, production processing, and storage of forms, and documentation skills; Ability to organize accurate and efficient workflow ,identifying and resolving potential or current data problems; Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with staff in all cadres; Good English /Arabic report writing skills; Good judgment in trouble shooting ,problem solving; Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team in improving data quality and information use.
