Description —Repair and upkeep of an employers property, including machines, mechanical systems, buildings and other structures —Subordinates, from painting and drywall repair to more complex activities like electrical, heating and air-conditioning work —Ensuring employee technical training, preventive maintenance, repair, facilities maintenance, all machine processes, environmental and building security issues are addressed on a timely. —Schedule vendors who come on-site to do specialized work, and evaluate potential new equipment or supplies for the building. —Responds professionally to requests for information from the public regarding the structure and maintenance of the Parking .
Qualifications •Comprehensive knowledge of all equipment used in parking system maintenance •Good knowledge of safety regulations, practices and procedures applicable to work unit •Some knowledge of parking enforcement regulations •Some knowledge of minor maintenance of automotive vehicles •Ability to prepare accurate and reliable reports containing findings, observations and conclusions on parking facilities maintenance •Ability to work cooperatively, communicate effectively, and to maintain effective internal and external customer relations to accomplish job responsibilities •Ability to quickly learn and put to use new skills and knowledge brought about by rapidly changing information and or technology •Ingenuity and inventiveness in the performance of assigned tasks and responsibilities. •More than 5 years experience .
