Description To do microbiological and chemical test of incoming materials as per plan To do in-process testing ( water and ice ) as per plan To do final product inspection as per plan To do hygienic checks or tests of machines and employees as per plan To handle any out of specification test as non-conformity procedure To initiate corrective / preventive actions as per QMS procedure. To ensure all hygienic control, HACCP plans and CCP are being followed. To manage any additional assignments given by Quality Control Manager .
Qualifications Graduate in Microbiology 3 + years of experience in Laboratory of Food stuff Industry , out of that 2 years must be at Managerial Level Food Manufacturing Technology Computer literacy Technical knowledge of Laboratory equipment. Quality Management & Food Safety System awareness
