Description With the heavy influx of customers to your store, your top priority is ensuring that each and every one of them gets an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution to their wireless needs — This includes helping your team to build strong relationships with their customers, make expert recommendations, and help onboard customers quickly and courteously — Youre also in charge of hiring, training and developing your team — With so much riding on your stores success, youll make sure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, and that means overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives — Along the way, youll stay current on all our technology so that you can be an expert for your team, and your customers — Youll also make sure your store always looks its best The work is hectic, fast-paced, and takes tons of patience and quick thinking. With a store full of people looking to you for guidance and leadership, youve got to bring your best to the table.
Qualifications got prior sales and sales management experience with a customer focused retailer • This includes previous consultative sales in consumer technology, coupled with a demonstrated record of high achievement • got experience in operational, financial and performance management, having previously managed site profit and loss • got a unique ability to lead and coach people to deliver great results • Good communicator, both with customers and teammates • comfortable with basic computer applications like MS Office • Bsc. Degree.
