Description General Purpose of the Position: Candidate will be assisting in the administrative work of the department, coordinating between music academy manager, Music Ensemble members and concerned departments, as well as contributing to the departments efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare end of semester reports, memos, budget requests, letters, and other documents, using word processing and spreadsheets. File and retrieve Music School, contracts, applications & payment sheets Receive and follow up with Music School applications and teachers payments. Maintain scheduling and event calendars. Contact sponsors & follow up
Qualifications Bachelor Degree or higher 1 – 3 Practical years of experience in an administrative position Excellent MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Excellent Knowledge and Professional use of English and Arabic languages for business purposes is a must Knowledge and professional use of the German Language for business purposes is a an asset Personally motivated, with high level of communication skills, mind concentration and time management Ability to work under stress and pressure Trouble shooter
