Description Developing strong relationship with building owners while learning about their business also long-term HVAC service and maintenance requirements. — Responsible in getting new maintenance contract and secure existing contract. — Review and document soon to be expired contracts for renewal process. — Prepare quotation according to customers enquiry for maintenance, parts and repair works. — Liaise with customers to meet sales and service targets on service sales contract, repair, parts and etc. — To work with team of service engineers and technicians to manage service sales fulfillment. — Any other duties assigned by the Management
