Description To ensure quality of all incoming materials as per acceptance criteria To do in-process product inspection as per plan To do final product inspection as per plan To handle any out of specification test as non-conformity procedure To initiate corrective / preventive actions as per QMS procedure. To ensure all hygienic control, HACCP plans and CCP are being followed. To coordinate with external inspection agencies or Laboratories etc To ensure all inspection related records are being maintained. To ensure all latest relevant Standards are being used. To manage any additional assignments given by Operations.
Qualifications Graduate in Microbiology / Agriculture / Food Technology. 2 + years of experience in QC/QA of Food stuff Industry , out of that 2 years must be at Managerial Level
