Description —Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process for the organization —Explore the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices for the organization —Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies —Monitor and reduce the costs of the recruitment process —Set the recruitment strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization —Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key positions in the organization) —Monitor labor legislation and implements required changes to keep process compliant —Manages and develops a team of recruiters —Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics —Job description development through partnership with Human Resources —Manage referral sources —Train recruiters on behavioral based interviewing, prescreening techniques, legal compliance and the internal recruitment process. —Ensure recruiters are entering and maintaining candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis —Generate recruitment metric reports using applicant tracking system —Create and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork —Provide Hiring Manager with updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity —Conduct recruitment related meetings as needed —Manage Offer Negotiation process —Make offer recommendations to hiring manager based on multiple factors —Present offers and conduct offer negotiations with candidates —Participate in on boarding tasks including submitting signed offer letters, new hire paperwork, etc. to human resources
