Description COMMUNICATION MASTERY: top level communication and negotiation skills. Master in leading, setting-up and monitoring people and processes to effectively reach adult consumers, engaging and entertaining them through simple, true and impactful messages. HIGH QUALITY PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS: Show high quality project management skills in performing daily activities to support agreed activation projects. Monitor activities and tackle day to day operational issues in order to guarantee respect of projects standards and flawless execution on nationwide Geo scope. Liaise with external marketing agencies and suppliers. Contact suppliers and agencies, participate in activity planning, prepare documents and brief the agency, organize activities to guarantee that projects given in outsourcing are running smoothly. EXCELLENCE IN EXECUTION: spend )quality time) on field to gather key information on planned activities and key targets. Assess communication on field executions from involved activation agencies. Ensure set-up messages are well delivered in the right qualitative manner to the right target. Discover, highlight and off;set any concrete issue. Set-up proper action plans and share them within C&TM.
Qualifications High standard of university degree (required), with Economics and/or Marketing background. MBA or equivalent educational background (desirable) At least 5 years experience in fast moving consumer goods industry. Solid Brand Activation background is a must. Competencies: problem solving, team working, client orientation, planning, controlling and organizing own work. Computer skills: Very good level of PowerPoint; Intermediate Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet. Languages skills: Arabic mother tongue; English Fluent.
