Description — To lead the production team and improve their level by continuous training and guiding — To organize the shift plan and maintain the production structure — Achieving the targeted production efficiency — Dealing with the daily troubleshooting of the machines and auxiliary machines — Participating in the periodic maintenance schedule for the machines and auxiliary machines — Keeping the waste percentage at the lowest level by following up the machines performance — To participate in the mold changing process — To cooperate with the QC department to achieve the targeted level of quality of the products — To understand the production planning process and its role in the production efficiency and effectiveness — To report to the top management about the daily production process — To follow the health and safety rules and keep its forms — To keep the housekeeping rules
Qualifications Industry: Plastic Packing Manufacturing. BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Age From 30 to 40 years. 10 years of experience in plastics including 5 years in Blow molding. Residence: To Live in El Obour City or maximum 45 minutes with transportation
