Description Check the banks account daily to determine the balance. Prepare the cash on hand required to cover the check. Follow up company treasury balance in branches to determine cash money available and to be aware by transfers. Conduct exchange checks and form “4 in case there is exchange outside Egypt (Samsung). Conduct the daily records to banks through Oracle and print the contract with transfer from the treasury to the banks account through Oracle. Received queries from the branches and head quarter by information of banks checks deposits. Review banks account sheets in parallel with Oracle. Follow up Visa transactions in Faisal franchise and maintenance branches. Prepare banks requirements in case new deal. Follow up suppliers guarantee letters and its renewal. Review and follow up banks accounts daily and weekly. Prepare cash flow statement on monthly basis and report its deviations. Prepare and follow up with the audit office all needed reports accounts. Develop all needed reports as required.
Qualifications Faculty of commerce, accounting. (English section is preferable) 3 – 5 years of experience in accounting.(Banking experience is preferable) Fully awareness of the accounting standards. Excellent command of English language spoken and written. Excellent computer skills special in (Excel, Word, Access) also Specialized programs in accounting and financial analysis and budgeting.
