Description The role involves interacting daily with customers, managing their orders from receipt through to delivery, monitoring their future demand and new products launches always delivering high level of service. This role is expected to build proactive engagement, reporting routines and mitigating actions against stock obsolescence as well as provide appropriate & sustainable resolution to issues/complaints or specific requests and identify any preventive or improvement initiatives to drive value to the system
Qualifications Multinational Company- 3 years experience in the supply-chain area of a world class company ideally FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)- Computer Skills – Advanced skills in SAP and Microsoft Excel and also Word and Power Point. Excellent interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain high level of professionalism under pressure- The role requires international travel to customer locations and/or participate/ lead business meetings.
