Description Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 1.Manage the movement of inbound spare parts/equipment/materials in accordance with organizational policy and procedure 2.Communicate with Material planner ,ESP section head, forwarders and shipping line/agents regarding the time of shipping in order to meet the date required, considering all steps dispatching , approvals ,customs clearance .. Etc. 3.Chasing the shipping documents then communicate suppliers in case of any documents should be amended, revising and/or declarations. 4.Review and approve financial documents before submitted to treasury and accounts payable in order to release the payment to supplier. 5.Review and approve the documents before submitted to MOH for approval and fulfill all MOH requirements. 6.Ensure that all approvals required for customs clearance already obtained. 7.Supervise our customs clearance brokers. 8.Approve the customs duties, sales tax before deducted from current account in accordance with customs regulation. 9.Coordinate with W.H for the delivery of shipments, in accordance with warehouse capacity to avoid congestion. 10.Follow up with W.H supervisors to ensure that materials received correctly on its P.O. 11.Communicate with W.H to ensure that the shipments received in a good condition. 12.Responsible to investigate loss, damaged and bad receiving condition accordingly issue/follow up claims in I cargo system to save company rights.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications & Abilities • Bachelor of any discipline • Minimum experience in logistics and or procurement of 1 year up to 3 years experience. • Have a clear knowledge of business, supplier processes and the conversion process. • Good Communication and Negotiation skills • Good command of English language (spoken and written) • Team player and has good Scenario building and problem solving skills • Good Computer mainframe and PC software skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Good Scenario building and problem solving skills. • Good Team working skills.
