Description Manage sales goals and develop team (Relationship Managers/Financial Advisors) through mentoring/coaching in Retail Branch setting Oversee leads/production numbers/sales activities/customer satisfaction Provide reports/documentation to management as needed Work with senior management to hire/train and take responsibility for administration/employee development Support/motivate the team and review sales practices on a daily basis Collaborate with organization to ensure seamless customer service/satisfaction Direct contact with clients regarding sales activities/account information/procedures/systems/financial services products Focus on overall branch performance; constantly look for ways to improve sales/client satisfaction Work to promote/recognize performance and make improvements as needed
Qualifications - bachelor degree in business administration or any other equivalent field - fluent English - Communication and selling skills - Managerial skills - 5-8 years of experience in the same field
