Description Prepare quantity surveying and materials take-off required for the preparation of BOQ. — Review quantity surveying for civil & arch. work submitted by contractors , preparing report with variance. — Review & check shop drawings & bar bending list submitted by contractors , preparing report with variance. — Assist in cost estimation for work items. — Coordinate between drawings submitted by consultants , make sure to deliver drawings to the site. — Coordinate between other departments and follow-up the progress of clients modifications (civil work) , performing modifications required in design drawings. — Attend meetings with contractors for QS check when required. — Support the site with technical aid when needed.
Qualifications B.Sc. in Civil engineering with Arch. background (Finishing work). 3-5 years experience , min. 2 years experience in QS for residential projects
