Description Assist the CEO in day to day work. Provides the highest level of administrative and secretarial support. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Serves as a liaison between key management personnel, administrative correspondence, memorandum, minutes, reports, etc. Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations. Setup CEOs travel arrangements. Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for the chairmans visitors. Organizing meeting and appointments Delegating workload planning Writing Reports and make presentations Maintaining up-to-date CEO agenda and management of calendars Daily oversight and management of incoming and outgoing mail Handling and following-up the documents flow to and from the CEOs Offices and follow-up on the implementation of the written recommendations Building and up-dating a data-base for CEO professional relationships Take minutes of meeting, put the taken decision in an action plan then send it to the relevant attendees Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment. Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
Qualifications University degree. 2-3 years of work experience, with preference to experience in a similar role. Excellent organizational, administrative and follow up skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and written communications skills with a high customer service orientation. Cooperative with good teamwork spirit. Excellent time management skills. Accurate with strong attention to details. Creative with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines. Presentable. Excellent computer skills. Excellent command of written & spoken English and Arabic.
