Description - Tour the stores regularly to identify challenges and ensure compliance with company strategies, standards, and policies. Accountable for handling the POS system and resolving POS related issues through follow-up on stores activities to ensure smooth store operations. Manage prompt maintenance of stores and maintain a creative look and feel to the interiors, exteriors and displays. Maintain staffing levels consistent with business needs including peak seasons to ensure excellent customer service (includes assisting with recruiting and hiring employees Handle representatives from the health and safety government institutes in coordination with the Legal department. Brief and update the Senior Management Team with store operations, successes, and challenges through weekly meetings. Prepare and analyze sales reports generated through the POS using the IT system to address challenges and forecast sales. Ensure that all monthly attendance records and payroll are finalized and processed to the Finance Department on the 26th of every month. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Identify potential expansion and income generation opportunities including targeting BTB deals. Motivate, manage, and set examples for retail representatives. Conduct quarterly reviews with all retail representatives to ensure high performance is maintained. Participate fully in training/awareness sessions, skills building and professional development classes for new and existing retail employees. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; and making recommendations to management.
Qualifications Experience in retail management in the food and beverage industry Experience of managing a direct retail team in a similar industry Experience in managing staff at distance Experience of planning and executing retail strategies Experience in customer excellence oriented operations Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets Ability to work under pressure and stress with tight schedules Excellent computer skills Very good English language skills Willing to work unusual hours and occasional travel to other cities in Egypt.
