Description Manages and monitors the activities of the Local commercial team to ensure that the monthly sales target is achieved with consideration to the quality of sales. Set the sales targets for the commercial team and support effectively to meet these targets. Follow up monthly on the achievements of sales target to ensure that it is according to the planned and make the needed adjustments to overcome deviation. Report monthly to the CEO expenses and provide explanation documents for the added expenses to compare the budgeted to the actual. Responsible for understanding industry practices, processes, standards and impact on sales & commercial activities. Develop, operate and maintain commercial systems and procedures that will meet the needs of the organization. Provide high quality and timely advice and reports to the General Manager concerning the market updates. Management of the commercial Budgeting process (operating and capital) coordinating with Joint Ventures or internal management. Manage and report on progress in relation to Commercial Approval and spending. Provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis in relation to the business to update the management with the latest market information. Provide advice on how to optimize the business Locally. Demonstrate strong leadership skills setting clear and structured expectations and hold all external parties accountable for the scopes of work. Manage the commercial budget diligently and make every decision as to optimize the return on every pound. Review, change and flexibly manage commercial plans subject to the needs of the business. Manage the products marketing business to ensure the present arrangements are completed to the benefit of MPI within the agreements that are in place. Develop a framework to establish this as a standalone business in the future.
Qualifications • Education : Post Degree in Marketing or Business Administration from any discipline university. Experience : From 3-5 years in a relevant field. Language Skills: Excellent Arabic & English. Personal Skills : Good team player has the ability to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure. Computer Skills: Good ( Microsoft Office )
