Description Responsible for the development and implementation of the tactical and strategic plans to ensure that all requirements and needs are met. Certify that end client service, as well as field and crop metric goals serve as guiding line for commercial decisions. Directing and monitoring the agricultural performance to achieve continuous improvement and adherence in production and sales processes. Act as the agriculture commercial head for the company in Egypt and abroad. Responsible to identify and locate clients in Egypt and abroad. Negotiate the sales contracts and ensure proper implementation. Responsible for cross-functional management to evaluate commercial process needs, resolve problems and obstacles. Provide resources, reset direction including steering of implementation of new crops/ Business to Business contracting and maximize effective interactions and functioning. Review, identify and implement changes to technology, people, and/or processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies, and to maximize process efficiency and conformance to applicable standards and customer requirements. Responsible for the appropriate analysis and usage of processes across the commercial operations and administration Provide leadership, direction and coaching to direct reports and other key managers at the sites and offices. Maintain a professional attitude and office. Set targets on a yearly basis with commercial vision over 5 years to ensure that crops are produced in targeted quantities, delivered to meet market requirements and within established standards for invested costs. Conduct and ensure all budget and preparation of profit and loss projections are followed Develop sales and marketing budgets and capital expenditures that are consistent with short and long-term master plans
Qualifications Likely an Egyptian, but we will also consider other nationalities. • Eight to twelve years of solid sales or commercial experience in multinational environment at a senior management level. • Fluent in English. • Should have experience in leading commercial teams and be familiar with the dynamic culture in Egypt and the fresh produce exports markets.
