Description The objective of the Territory Sales Management channel is to grow the revenue, profitability and trading base of the Ad-hoc, Small, Medium and Large customer classifications through: - The acquisition of new customers - Development of existing customers - Improvement of revenue quality Key Accountabilities & Activities - Coaching, planning, monitoring, controlling and develop territory team. - Generating new business with regular trading patterns. - Growing and retaining the territory customer base. - Ensuring proper communication of customer and company requirements - Cascade and deploying TNT core strategy - Achieve TNT Egypt annual core business revenue - Maintain and Develop TNTs Market Share within the Egyptian market. - Determine customer needs and provide the best service solution - Develop the territory teams through organizing professional sales activity - Review results versus plan and take corrective action where necessary, via weekly debrief with each territory team. - Develop new business by analyzing the market characteristics and maximizing the opportunities. - Improve and develop individuals skills through ongoing coaching (co-visits) in order to achieve maximum effectiveness
Qualifications - A minimum of 3 years people management experience is required ( within same industry is preferable) - Knowledge of the sales pattern - Implement personal strategies to exceed sales targets. - Marketing, sales and account management experience - Proven track record of achieving targets and KPI’s (personal and team) - Organizational awareness (structure and products and services) Necessary Technical / Functional Skills - Business to business selling skills - Presentation Skills - Communication capability at a senior / board level, both internally and externally - Recognized general and people management skills - Ability to interpret and apply Value Based Management principles - Very good in Microsoft office - Fluent use of written and spoken English
