Description Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential customers via telephone calls , emails and social networks Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries Gathering market and customer information Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy Recording sales information and sending copies to the sales manager, or entering into a CRM system Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
Qualifications Minimum 2 year sales/telesales experience / IT field is preferred BSc from a respected university, Business Administration is preferred Excellent English is must /French is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare and deliver public presentations Phone sales experience is must (Ex. Call center) Strong work ethic with a motivation and a dedication to work hard Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM Organized, enthusiastic, and able to prioritize and deliver results Strong work ethic with a motivation and a dedication to work hard Flexible for night shift when needed
