Description 1. Job Summary To maintain the persistence of the corporate portfolio at the agreed benchmark percentage. To manage the relationship with corporate customers ensuring maximum customer satisfaction while upholding Libano Suisse policies, procedures, decision-making mechanisms and authority limits. 2. Role & Responsibilities Develop, maintain and nurture the strategic relations with corporate customers through all provided tools to make sure of the long term customer retention and business persistence. Conduct Account Management visits to existing corporate clients on regular basis. Handle customers complaints and quires. Prepare all needed presentations for clients visits. Keep up to date with the insurance and competition developments within the market and the key accounts. Communicate with the operation department and corporate clients as needed prior the policy renewal date, as well as tailoring and negotiating the renewal offers with the corporate clients to make sure of appropriate policy renewal within the needed time while counter attacking any offer that might be presented to the client from the competition. Prepare ongoing studies and reports as needed to analyze Corporate portfolio as well as the Egyptian corporate insurance market to be able to drive the needed strategies and solutions for better market presentation as well as corporate insurance needs satisfaction. Expand the corporate coverage within assigned area of responsibility through attracting new corporate partners. Introduce /cross selling any new corporate products/offers that Libano Suisse introduces. Develop strong networks with all channels that generate corporate business leads and maintaining portfolio persistence. Follow up on the clients premiums payments, renewals or cancellations of policies. Keep tight follow up with all new/existing customers on presented offers. Keep strong relations with the key contact people within the company
Qualifications Corporate Sales experience/key accountant management preferably in the insurance or health care. A post graduate study is a plus. Excellent analytical, logical and problem solving abilities. Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation in dealing with various internal clients as well as external reinsurance companies and business partners. Excellent time management and organization skills. Strong reporting and presentation skills. Good coaching and teamwork abilities. Excellent computer skills. Excellent written & spoken English and Arabic
