Description Greet Guests & Members Handle Customers Complaints & Requests - Handle incoming calls - Handle membership payments - Keep all equipment straight and check out when needed - Keep towels washed, dried and folded - Keep desk and lobby neat and clean at all times - Keep supplies stocked at all times - Be responsible for security for self and others - Provide management with daily reports - Undefined work assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree or equivalent – Maintain a high level of customer service - Have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction - Must be patient, courteous listener & able to show empathy - Must have a cooperative, positive with an optimistic attitude - Must follow instructions precisely - Basic math skills - Cash Register Experience Required – Enjoy working with people.
