Description Acting on behalf of an export manager in case he was not due to vacations , illness or travel - Participate in the planning and preparation of the operational programs of the Department of Export - Planning and implementation of executive programs for the management of export - Selling the companys products in the market areas of new external - Preparation of the initial bill - Follow-up to the client to send the bill preliminary approval - Daily monitoring of the competent departments of the plant for the processing of the quantities required for the port of shipment - Contact customers export to coordinate with them even out the quantities required for the port of shipment - Contact customers export to coordinate with them until the arrival of the quantities required - Measuring the extent of customer satisfaction or any complaints submitted by the client - The implementation of all tasks required by the Export Manager within the required work - Raising a weekly report to the export manager for a statement of what has been accomplished - All of the above must be done according to the procedure adopted for the official Export Administration
Qualifications Bachelor Trade or Foreign Trade or Business Administration or Information Systems

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Save and recall documents and documents 2 - Dealing with computers 3 - Preparation of slides and presentations Progressive ((presentation and to deal with the ((power point 4 - Dealing with printing devices and photocopying, faxes and choppers paper and packaging machines very good degree 5 - Effective communication skills and tact in dealing with clients abroad 6 - the ability to accomplish and perform most of the work on the timing and one without confusion
