Description 1. Set the Human Resources annual objectives in compliance to the company strategic objectives. 2. Set the manpower plan based on actual needs of different departments, and set a recruitment plan accordingly, and coordinates with concerned department to identify the selection criteria and required qualifications. 3. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures continuously and ensure the complies with legal requirements and best practice and ensure the full awareness of all employees. 4. Manage the HR team to ensure a high quality HR service continues to be provided to the company. 5. Prepare the annual budget for HR activities and monitor any deviations. 6. Set work plans for different HR activities and prepare periodic reports that reflect achievements compared to the set plan. 7. Conduct compensation and benefits plan, reconstruct salary structure, set suitable job evaluation method and implement it. 8. Supervise and ensuring the administration of monthly payroll according to company procedure while maintaining strictest confidentiality and accuracy. 9. Drafting any new employment contracts or clauses and ensuring accuracy from the legal point of view. 10. Create and implement new performance management system. 11. Develop the company training and development plan. 12. Ensure that the HR department provides the best level of service to all employees, and professionally represents the company both internally and externally. 13. Maintain good relations with governmental authorities and ensuring that the companys regulations are implemented and in full compliance with the law. 14. Handle employees disciplinary cases and investigations and drafting any warning or disciplinary letters in compliance with the labor law. 15. Following up the daily attendance for entire employees.
Qualifications 1.A bachelor’s degree and five to seven years’ human resource experience, Post Graduate Diploma Or MBA is preferable.
