Description HR Specialist - Personnel. 1.Track and follow up on attendance, absences, annual and sick leaves of all employees. 2.Receipt of penalties memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations and implement the normal administrative penalties (absence without permission / delay / non-departure) 3.Follow-up on the renewal of the annual contracts 4.Responsible for payroll preparation 5.Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Website, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks. 6.Make sure company policies are well implemented 7.Responsible for dealing with and finishing all documents for the governmental offices related to personnel ( Labor Office and Social Insurance Office ).
Qualifications 1.University degree in any discipline. 2.Very good command of English and Arabic languages. 3.Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, outlook). 4.Very good knowledge in using ERP system 5.Having solid Knowledge of labor and social Insurance laws.
