Description Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems. Manage and develop IT staff including evaluation, training and guidance. Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures including those for security and disaster recovery. Oversee provision of IT support for all employees in all our locations. Manage the maintenance, monitoring, development, upgrade and support all current IT systems. Manage financial aspects of IT department including purchasing, budgeting and budget review. Testing and modifying systems to ensure that they operate reliable. Provide user training, support, advice and feedback. Make sure that the company has a necessary hardware and software which provide the security of data from internal or external lose of data or attack. Follow up with IT team to input and maintain IP addresses and troubleshoot all technology issues.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer Science or related field. 7-10 years of related experience, at least 3 years in a manager position. Excellent analytical logical and problem solving skills. Should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping people. Excellent writing and reporting skills. Very effective communication and negotiation skills. Excellent time and stress management skills high ability to handle multi tasks efficiently in a timely manner.
