Description — Handle the back office cycle of export customers accounts to ensure high satisfaction level through the operation process starting from receiving orders till the glass reaches its final destination. — Maintain responsibility of following all outbound & domestic logistics activities to ensure on time deliveries with the most competitive rates According to the Logistics policy, And SOP.— Follow-up the customers transfer on due date with coordination of the finance department in case of deferred payments to ensure the collection. — Maintain direct communication with Logistics providers to ensure the best rates, and services — Monitor the performance of Logistics providers, — Arrange the requested logistics reports regularly. — Daily follow up on all logistics activities. — Targeting cost reductions, And savings
Qualifications • B.SC Degree(logistics is preferred)from 2 to 4 years experience in customer service and logistics • (Freight forwarding background is preferred) • MS Office • MS windows • Internet Explorer SAP (Preferred)
