Description Handle the back office cycle of export customers accounts to ensure high satisfaction level through the operation process starting from receiving orders till the glass reaches its final destination. Maintain responsibility of following all outbound & domestic logistics activities to ensure on time deliveries with the most competitive rates According to the Logistics policy, And SOP. Follow-up the customers transfer on due date with coordination of the finance department in case of deferred payments to ensure the collection. Maintain direct communication with Logistics providers to ensure the best rates, and services Monitor the performance of Logistics providers, Arrange the requested logistics reports regularly. Daily follow up on all logistics activities. Targeting cost reductions, And savings
Qualifications • B.SC Degree(logistics is preferred)from 2 to 4 years experience in customer service and logistics • (Freight forwarding background is preferred) • MS Office • MS windows • Internet Explorer SAP (Preferred)
