Description Writing and reviewing professional proposals, business plans, and efficiently preparing project presentations. Reviewing all outbound & inbound documents. Providing any needed administrative support to departments. Meeting weekly with the management team to discuss scheduling of work in a planned manner. Help to maintain organizations corporate image. Managing internal and external business correspondence with companys clients, partners, and employees. Handling physical and digital archiving.
Qualifications • Expert level written and verbal communication skills. • Expert level in professional business writing in both English and Arabic languages. • Proficient in MS-office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and power point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms. • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with extra attention to details. • Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with Company stakeholders. • Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability • Demonstrate ability to achieve high performance in fast paced environment.
