Description 1.Maintaining Quality management system to assure product and process quality. 2.Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction & relationship. 3.Communicate & follow Environmental, Occupational health and safety and QM system requirements. 4.Approve new product and process in Brake Disc plant. 5.Ensure the implementation of international and customer standards. 6.Ensures export and packing processes through product and process audit. 7.Ensure proper quality from raw receiving until export packing processes. 8.Establish and maintain Quality Management System in ‘Brake Disc Division–. 9.Monitoring internal / external corrective and preventive action system. 10.Manage Quality team members (Section Heads, Engineers & inspectors). 11.Assure & monitor Brake Disc initial samples testing and approval. 12.Ensure proper quality dimensional measuring lab results. 13.Develop raw Brake Disc and paint supplier. 14.Lead Brake Disc Division plant to work according to standards: ISO ”TS 16949 , ISO 14001 , OHSAS18001. 15.Present monthly reports to top management. 16.Lead cost saving projects in QM Dept.
Qualifications - B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering - Min. 10 Years of relevant experience with high technology industry, preferably in Automotive sector. -Hands on QM related standards and processes such as ISO 16949 , VDA Standards , PPAP …etc.
