Description —Revise problems that are received from other teams and try to solve them —Handle mails from other teams with new updates so we can update our customers —Contact customers and define the problem clearly in order to solve it in short time —Improve , improve the performance of our resellers with LDN Depts. , which will ensure a high level of performance to facilitate the work flow for resellers —Inform our resellers with new offers, promotions and/or new announcements, to make sure that they are all aware of our campaigns. —Motivate our low category resellers to achieve better performance in sales and handling customers by attending meetings & making weekly calls with them. —Plan , plan for new reports we could generate from our system which could help us raise our resellers performance —Organize weekly meetings with some of our resellers to re-train them for any new WF our new system applications. —Provide our resellers with any material that could facilitate our work flow. —Handle emails received on the retention team Elias whether to approve or reject a cancellation request or to solve any complain in order to reduce the number of cancellation requests —Handle any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager —Update tasks on tracer to be able to follow on this task and other members on team know what action I take on this case. —Responsible for Switching From TE Data to LDN & vice versa —Responsible for verifying ADSL contracts from MOBINIL shops before adding them to the system  
Qualifications Education Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field Experience Fresh graduate to 1 year experience in a Call Center/CS Shop/Sales

Other Skills communication skills, patient, can work under pressure and have some sort of social intelligence, Crisis management, Time management, Creativity, Negotiation, & Analytical skills
