Qualifications Degree in telecommunication engineering ,systems Engineering or computer engineering,At least 2 / 3 years of experience in applications supports. Windows server support ,IIS, windows services ,MS messages queues. Linux/Unix administration knowledge. Oracle database concepts knowledge. Solid knowledge with SQL server database. Familiar with database design methodology and performance tuning. web development background and Internet technologies. GSM technology understanding and VAS support experiences. Windows services deployment and support. Good knowledge on Networking theory and Network design. Microsoft Messaging Technology background. ITIL Foundation and service management background
