Description Planning, organizing, monitoring and evaluating the following activities: 1. Review stages and procedures of accounting, financial and operational and credit performance in order to prevent and / or minimize the possible risks associated with poor financial performance of the Fund 2. Ensure the of all departments and sectors abide by the SFD regulations, procedures and policies, laws and standards to guarantee work efficiency 3. Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of financial statements from a legal and procedural perceptive to ensure their credibility and reliability 4. Enhance internal control activities by taking the necessary measures to protect the SFD assets, whether fixed or current 5. Ensure the current information systems/ applications have been designed to support internal control and the ongoing monitoring and follow-up to ensure protection of information, minting authorities and protection a both systems and devices 6. Ensure that financial statements and other reports reflect the actual status and are prepared according to the agreed on accounting principles 7. Ensure that all provisions and reserves are sufficient and calculated according as per the instructions of the regulatory authorities and the agreed on financial and accounting principles
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree Accounting/Finance • CIA or other Internal Audit relevant Certificate is a plus • Minimum 20 years of relevant experience • Computer Literate • Excellent Strategic Management Skills • Excellent People Management Skills • Excellent Analytical Skills • Excellent Decision Making Skills • Excellent Time Management Skills • Excellent Command of English
