Description Provide technical support to the company users in order to secure the daily business operations Install OS and the required programs for the users Managing network infrastructure juniper and Fortigate managing IBM Domino-louts notes knowledge Support users pcs (Microsoft systems, mail client,) Reviewing end users inquiries and technical support requests Perform a periodic check up and reports for antivirus and backup systems Have a good knowledge with Active directory, DHCP and DNS Degree (IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering) — experience in designing, deploying, managing Microsoft infrastructure servers, Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office Communication Server. — Microsoft Certifications ” MCSE- MCITP — Network Certifications ” CCNA — Industry certifications ” Vendors
Qualifications Experience : 1 - 3 Years. Other Skills : • Good understanding of Microsoft Unified Communication Servers and its prerequisites knowledge • Good hands-on different infrastructure solutions • Very good understanding of windows operating systems. MCSE-MCITP-CCNA-Avaya-Kaspersky-nortel networks-SQL
