Description 1- Preparation of full Credit Package that presents the proposed/annual review facility and the associated terms and conditions. In order to perform the task in an efficient way the following should be included: - Spreading and financial analysis for the clients financial statements. - Preparation of financial projection, in order to assess the ability to pay the leasing facility. - Preparation of a detailed and accurate study for New and/or Existing lessees (in terms of qualitative and quantitative analysis to the client) to assess the financial and market study of new clients within a specific industry. Gather data about industrial sectors and transform such data into useful information. - Ensure that any policy exception is properly identified and that Credit package is directed to the proper lending authority for approval. - Assess risks existing in any transaction and propose its mitigates 2- Preparing leasing proposals. 3- Follow up rentals repayments and overdue. 4- Discuss with Risk Management Department (RMD) credit matters and cases when the need arises. 5- Conduct clients meetings and site visits with RM (Relationship Manager) to assess business needs, and prepare call memos that summarizes key issues raised during the client call. 6- Market visits to major players to collect information about certain industries and create contacts. 7- Constructing financial leasing programs. 8- Review full security package documentation in conjunction with Legal Dept. and Credit Admin.
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in Commerce/Economics/Business Administration (Minimum Good). • Credit certified is a must. • Minimum 7 years experience in corporate banking/Leasing field. • Excellent command of both English and Arabic. • Effective communication skills. • High negotiation and closing skills. • Excellent analytical skills. • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
