Description — liaises with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort representatives — Agrees service levels, contracts and costs — Confirms customer names with airlines/hotels — Collects, evaluates and responds (as appropriate) to customer feedback — Produces brochures and internet-based information — Provides pricing information — Handles bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets — Predicts profits or number of bookings — Deals with clients and interact with them via various channels: phone, chat, email ..etc. — Handles outgoing packages from A to Z Including accommodation, aviation , visa, tours... etc. — Develops Internal and External tours. — Arranges Tailor Made/ Fixed Outbound Packages. — Handles the sudden circumstances of clients. — Manages relation with suppliers. — Participates in Planning and launching different product. -decide how many holidays to sell each season and the resorts/countries to use -visit resorts to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability.
Qualifications • Exceptional Leadership skills • Excellent communication skills • Have experience in Contract Managing and Reservation issue. • Ability to deal with all kinds of people.
