Description - The core focus is on implementing, maintaining, documenting and improving our current and future applications and reports that support business needs. - Maintain complex data entry related to Tour Operating. - Support end users and assist in the installation, troubleshooting, implementation , User Acceptance Testing and maintenance of our Reservation system and the integrated application software systems that support and depend on it. - Assist with other special projects or related duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. - Very good English language skills. - Experience with software implementation. - Additional technical experience desired: o Good user of Microsoft office applications. o Prior Experience in Tourism field is a plus o Prior Experience in Software implementations is a plus.
