1.Receiving guests. 2.Telephone operator for the factory. 3.Sending and receiving faxes. 4.Sending, receiving and directing couriers from different courier companies. 5.Scan, Print and copy documents. 6.Following troubleshooting for managements and sample center couriers. 7.Making schedules for meeting room. 8.Arrange meetings for the chairman and the financial manager in the factory office. 9.Arrange needs and visits for the treasury and financial department’s clients. *Financial department tasks: 1.Making electronic archiving system for the critical documents . 2.Archiving and organizing the critical documents for AWA Group. 3.Support Dr. Samy and financial department with their documents and archiving them. 4.Revising all bank checks with checks number before outgoing. 5.Revising all treasury documents before outgoing. 6.Making, following and revising Aramex bill couriers. 7.Receiving all customer bills to deliver it to sales personnel. 8.Receiving from sales personnel a receipt (Scanning it) then sending it to financial department in cairo. 9.Supporting Magdi Hashish accountant with the needed documents. 10.Fixing corrupted and damaged archives. 11.Following with the sent (Outside company) critical documents. 12.Manage the Archive. 13. review all land telephone bill for hall branches
Qualifications Leading a Shift. teamwork. Sales and Marketing skills education :Bachelor degree experience : 2:3 years
