Supervise all employee benefits and Recommend new benefits - Manage work flow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time. - Review Process paperwork for new employees and their information on the payroll system. - Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure. - Establish and modify policies and procedures to meet changing business requirements and all required formats. - Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers. - Create & follow up budgeting process and deviation analysis between actual & budget pay components. - Develop process analysis reports in budget lines deviation between planned and actual payments to take the decision for continuing or cost reduction. - Review issuing and recording HR letters. - Supervise on processing and issuing employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions. - Develop contracts for supervisory levels and above to maintain confidentiality. - Review Issuing and recording adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases. - Review Sending salary sheet to each department heads and different branches. - Distribute profit share to all companys employees yearly according to companys policy. - Manage International & Local medical insurance processes and its claims with all employees (Surgeries, visiting doctors, medicines....etc). - Ensure Applying department SOPs to maintain companys rights. - Develop frequent reports to be submitted to HR director to reveal achieved versus planned objectives. - Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility
Qualifications - University degree in any field. - 7 - 10 years experience in compensation and benefits area. - HR Diploma or its equivalent is a must. - Excellent user of MS office. - Excellent knowledge and understanding of Egyptian labor law. - Excellent Data analysis and follow up skills. - Very Good Problem solving and communication skills
