Description Supervision of task teams in different location points Plan and Supervise performance of teams in service centers. Instruct and participate in the training of service centers teams. Ensure implementation of customer requests. Resolves problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions. Prepare work schedule and ensure deployment. Report to management periodically on performance of teams. Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Develops staff by providing information, educational opportunities, coaching and help in facilitating services to customers by implementing systems, procedures, and policies; monitoring projects. Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts; researching and developing new services and methods; setting priorities; resolving problem situations.
Qualifications •Excellent written and oral communication skills. •Organizational astuteness. •Reporting skills. •Good team work and leadership skills. •Ability to develop and motivate a team. •Developing standards. •Good time management, multitasking and stress management skills to be able to ensure that tasks get completed on time. •Problem solving and planning.
