• Understanding the comprehensive and technical information about the particular services and products offered by our company. • Resolving client problems and relating to customers. • Resolving customer’s issues. • Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. • Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. • Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment. • Direct, review, and approve product design and changes. Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence • Preparing documentations and report it to the manager. • Following up the work and report it weekly to customers. • Responsible for delivering work on time. • Responsible for the quality of the work. • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in architectural engineering. • Good English – fluent Arabic • Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • AutoCAD , Photoshop
