Monitor stock levels and performance in order to meet targets. Responsible in handling all sort of industrial and agro-chemicals (IMO and non-IMO). Involved in the Export annual plan and contracts. Coordinate with the purchasing dept, warehouse staff, transportation agents to ensure product, packing, and delivery to end-users. Responsible in issuing Marketing analysis and Strategy for all new chemicals related to geographical and industrial positions. Keen in exporting, re-exporting, importing and dealing with Egyptian Origin and foreign origin chemicals (Free-zone). Responsible for Product Mapping. Responsible in issuing an annual forecast for all clients’ annual consumption. Keen in following up and reporting client’s feedback. Keen in dealing with all foreign competitors nearly in all our target markets. Interact with the financial dept. for all collection and payment (LC, PB,, CAD, etc) process. Keen in dealing with all Import/Export payment terms such as LC’s, Stand By LC’s, CAD and Open-Account management.
Qualifications This role requires a person with strong new business development skills and an ability to demonstrate sound commercial judgement during periods of lone working in overseas markets The candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in export and hold excellent communication and presentation skills as negotiations will be required at senior level both internally and externally. Fluent competence in a second language would be an advantage. The role is mainly office based although frequent overseas travel is a necessity as and when the job requires.
