1. Health and Safety Evaluating the work environment and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and security policy of the company. Checking the adequacy of ventilation, lighting, get rid of the exhaust, and any other conditions that may affect the health or safety of workers. Implementation of training programs or occupational safety and demonstrate the use of safety equipment. Investigating and reporting any complain related to health and provide preventive solution. Training and orientation for new employees with respect to health and safety. Supervising and verifying that every worker in the installation team is following the occupational safety rules. Maintaining or updating procedures and emergency response plans and setting an evacuation and gathering places plan in cases of necessity. Verification of places that are allocated for putting fire protection equipment, safety equipment and first aid supplies. Locating all the indicative plates which are related to all previous and ensuring that employees understanding them. 2. Internal Maintenance: Make a periodical maintenance plan. Coordination with and supervision of the service providers. Making the requests for all spare parts and supplies. Keep all log books for tracking company equipment, warranty, manuals, and regular spare parts, maintenance records, etc. 3. Safety: Supervising surveillance cameras . Follow up the entrances and exits of ( persons , equipment & supplies ) to/from the building to meet the terms of the security. Follow up the Security Company and supervision of its delegates and make sure they are available & doing their work all the time.
Qualifications University degree. Good English & communication skills. Experience: from 3 to 5 years. Accuracy and observation skills.
