Description (New Borg Elarab City). Alex Branch - *Maintain and develop leading edge HR systems and processes to address the effective management of people in order to maintain competitive advantage. *Reviewing and updating The Organizational chart and MPP on a quarterly basis considering all business changes and updates to reduce the variations, considering updated workload analysis WLA. * Review full life cycle of recruiting activities to ensure timely recruitment of required level / quality of staff. *Review, Draft and Develop job descriptions regarding any business related issues updates. *Analyses and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs, * follow up the exchange of salaries and variables on monthly basis, Plus ensuring compliance to the approved salary budget - Ensure the fulfillment of the group obligations and representation at government agencies * Review the full life cycle of performance management system, In addition to analyses the results followed by the color code and developmental plan. *Reviewing the Annual Training & Development plan based on TNA and performance management systems. *Preparing Succession plan incorporation with all Departments managers. *Dealing with difficult staffing duties, including under staffing, refereeing disputes, transferring, terminating employees, and administering disciplinary procedures. *Conducts exit interviews, forward turnover analysis report to Human resource Manager Group , In addition to reviewing and developing retention plan. *Develop the HR business plan Prepare including operations financial strategies (budget) ; measuring and analyzing results and initiating corrective actions. *Assist in communicating company policies and procedures. *Accountability of executing IMS(Integrated Management System ), in addition to maintain and develop HR procedures and ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies , legislation and ISO
Qualifications - require a master’s degree - Experience from 4 To 5 Years In the Same Level
