Description — Manages and supervises workers in installation and maintenance of machines and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings and plant. — Decides work schedule and sets priorities. — Arranges schedules for machines repair, maintenance, and installation to avoid any delays. — Manages and supervises maintenance on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air required for operations. — Coordinates with engineering staff in developing preventive maintenance programs. — Authorizes purchasing of tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations. — Provides training needs analysis for workers to improve production. Discusses with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems. — Prepares department budget and controls expenditure. Conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service. — Provides emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. — Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs. — Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines. — Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service — Comply with ISO Safety and Health rules. — Perform other duties as assigned or needed. — Manage the daily work of the Maintenance Department, including setting daily work instructions, prioritizing, and directing maintenance assignments — Manage the maintenance and repair of all facility buildings, grounds and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery — Create a preventive maintenance program based on equipment catalogues, OEM suggestions, and experience. — Issue reports that indicate equipment performance.
Qualifications Mechanical Engineering University. - Technical training; exposure to high-speed equipment. Gender :Male Education major :Mechanical Engineering Experience :5-10 Years. Other Skills :Computer & Communication skills. Salary (L.E.):Negotiable Comments :5 to 10 years of related experience in packing machines/production machines.
