 Provides Board Members with notices of meeting times and places and requests contributions of items for the agenda  prepares agendas for the Board meetings. These agendas, along with any supporting documentation, are distributed to members in advance of the meetings.  prepares full minutes of board meetings, and immediately after Board meetings prepares a summary of actions that is distributed to all members and follow up agreed on actions.  Present a professional, welcoming first contact to all clients, vendors, board members, staff, media, etc. – by phone, in person, and email.  Responsibility for development & implementation of efficient office systems  Responsible for keeping office equipment maintained  Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, courier  Translating documents as required  Preparing reports and presentations as requested
Qualifications Education:  Bachelors degree in Commerce, or Business Administration Experience:  Minimum 5 years of experience in same position. Gender:  Female Skills  Excellent Communication skills- Arabic and English  Excellent business wiring skills  Advanced excel – PowerPoint skills  Excellent Presentation skills  Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality  Ability to organize information.  Ability to make decisions independently or to escalate issues as needed
