These agendas, along with any supporting documentation, are distributed to members in advance of the meetings. prepares full minutes of board meetings, and immediately after Board meetings prepares a summary of actions that is distributed to all members and follow up agreed on actions. Present a professional, welcoming first contact to all clients, vendors, board members, staff, media, etc. – by phone, in person, and email. Responsibility for development & implementation of efficient office systems Responsible for keeping office equipment maintained Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, courier Translating documents as required Preparing reports and presentations as requested
Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, or Business Administration Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in same position. Gender: Female Skills Excellent Communication skills- Arabic and English Excellent business wiring skills Advanced excel – PowerPoint skills Excellent Presentation skills Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality Ability to organize information. Ability to make decisions independently or to escalate issues as needed
