Description Implement best practices to fulfillment process along the operational chain. Define proper capacity planning to ensure surges in orders from clients are handled in a timely manner. Create adequate team structure and managing various operational teams. Deliver measurable results linked to your business and ensure regular reporting of your actions and results. Ensure the smooth of fulfillment of the requested items. Confirm the quality of the measurement of the selected KPIS hourly, daily, Weekly and monthly. Constantly improving and developing new internal process. Make fast decisions in order to solve daily emergencies and produces regular reports about the operations performance. Coordinate with customer service to ensure optimum communication to our customers. Manage the consistency and quality of the inventory Identify potential expansions and income generations opportunities. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing vacancies and initiating corrective actions.
Qualifications • Minimum (6-9) years of experience preferred in (FMCG – Supermarkets and hypermarkets – Distribution centers) industries • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree. • Very Good MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint computer skills required.
