Description — Implement best practices to fulfillment process along the operational chain. — Define proper capacity planning to ensure surges in orders from clients are handled in a timely manner. — Create adequate team structure and managing various operational teams. — Deliver measurable results linked to your business and ensure regular reporting of your actions and results. — Ensure the smooth of fulfillment of the requested items. — Confirm the quality of the measurement of the selected KPIS hourly, daily, Weekly and monthly. — Constantly improving and developing new internal process. — Make fast decisions in order to solve daily emergencies and produces regular reports about the operations performance. — Coordinate with customer service to ensure optimum communication to our customers. — Manage the consistency and quality of the inventory — Identify potential expansions and income generations opportunities. — Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management. — Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing vacancies and initiating corrective actions.
Qualifications • Minimum (6-9) years of experience preferred in (FMCG – Supermarkets and hypermarkets – Distribution centers) industries • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree. • Very Good MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint computer skills required.
