Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions. Manage customer support. Plan and support various activities. Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
Qualifications Knowledge of leadership and management principles Knowledge of current ICT industry challenges and opportunities relating to the mission of the organization Knowledge of human resources management Knowledge of financial management Knowledge of project management Excellent Communication, presentation, writing and interpersonal skills; Excellent team work and building skills
