Supervise the activities of production and operation and ensure accurate amount is produced at the right quality and cost. Review and prioritize production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan section operations. Confer with other manufacturing sections to coordinate operations to prevent operational delays and optimize production. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries. Inspect final products to ensure meeting with all product specification and escalate results in case of product defect. Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization. Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering Or agricultures relevant experience in engineering including at least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
